先週、ウィーンで開催されたESCMID Global 2025大会の冒頭、bioMérieuxと共同で開催された年次総会に、グローバルポイント有病率調査コミュニティが集結した。160人以上の参加者が会場とオンラインの両方に参加し、抗菌薬スチュワードシップにおけるグローバルなコラボレーションの力を示す、活気に満ちた刺激的なイベントとなった。.

The meeting provided a platform to share Global-PPS results, explore strategies to address key challenges in antimicrobial use, and discuss alignment opportunities with the WHO-PPS. A particular highlight was the diverse set of speakers from Ghana, Syria, the UK, the Philippines, and South Africa. Each shared real-world experiences with implementing the Global-PPS in inpatient and outpatient settings, bringing valuable perspectives and practical lessons to the table. The programme also featured presentations on the role of Global-PPS in  data-driven projects such as drive-AMS and ADILA.
