Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu'un document de consensus portugais sur la gestion des antimicrobiens \u2013 abordant le pourquoi, le quoi et le comment \u2013 doit \u00eatre rapidement produit et la m\u00e9thodologie \u00e0 cette fin a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9battue et d\u00e9cid\u00e9e globalement.<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me jour, les discussions et les d\u00e9bats ont port\u00e9 sur la durabilit\u00e9 de drive-AMS et sur la mani\u00e8re de passer d'un projet \u2013 temporaire \u2013 \u00e0 une infrastructure, c'est-\u00e0-dire de le faire passer d'un ajout \u00e0 une norme pour les institutions. Les moyens de garantir l'alignement entre les cliniciens et les gestionnaires, ainsi que l'approbation et le soutien des agences de r\u00e9glementation, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9s en profondeur et plusieurs plans ont vu le jour. Un premier exemple a \u00e9t\u00e9 de produire un document de consensus \u00e0 envoyer au Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 dans lequel toutes les institutions pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 la r\u00e9union souligneraient l'AMS comme une t\u00e2che prioritaire et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de maintenir drive-AMS comme l'une des principales actions du Pacte portugais pour la sant\u00e9 durable 2024-2030.
