Il regroupe seize \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 locaux, soit un total de 12 259 lits de soins aigus, ce qui repr\u00e9sente 581 TP3T de l&#x27;ensemble des lits de soins aigus au Portugal. Ces h\u00f4pitaux ont mis au point une trentaine d&#x27;interventions en s&#x27;appuyant sur la m\u00e9thodologie drive de gestion des antimicrobiens \u00e0 cycle lent.<\/p><p>Les \u00e9quipes drive-AMS dans ces h\u00f4pitaux sont ancr\u00e9es dans les Unit\u00e9s ou Services Locaux de Pr\u00e9vention des Infections et de l'Antimicrobiensistance, qui sont des structures hospitali\u00e8res organiques s'alignant verticalement sur le Programme National de Pr\u00e9vention des Infections et de l'Antimicrobiensistance au sein de la Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la Sant\u00e9, qui a cautionn\u00e9 le projet depuis son tout d\u00e9but.<\/p><p>De plus, en f\u00e9vrier 2024, drive-AMS a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par le Minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 pour la 1\u00e8re phase du Pacte Sant\u00e9 Durable 2024-2030, dans le cadre du Plan National de Sant\u00e9 2030, comme l'un des programmes de sant\u00e9 les plus pertinents. (Pour en savoir plus, lisez notre article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent)<\/p><p>Alors que la phase financ\u00e9e par EU4Health du projet drive-AMS touche \u00e0 sa fin, l'Unidade Local de Sa\u00fade S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, le partenaire portugais du projet, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de promouvoir une r\u00e9union rassemblant les seize institutions portugaises impliqu\u00e9es dans le programme. Lors de cette r\u00e9union drive-AMS-PT Long-Road Meeting, ils discuteront et planifieront l'avenir de drive-AMS au Portugal, sa durabilit\u00e9, ses parties prenantes, sa diffusion et ses objectifs. En plus des participants des seize institutions unies dans le processus, des repr\u00e9sentants des parties prenantes scientifiques, strat\u00e9giques et r\u00e9glementaires portugaises pertinentes se
