Au total, 28 professionnels se sont joints sur place, soutenus par une forte pr\u00e9sence en ligne de plus de 60 participants. Chaque \u00e9quipe hospitali\u00e8re - compos\u00e9e de responsables AMS\/IPC, de cliniciens, de microbiologistes, de pharmaciens et d'infirmi\u00e8res de contr\u00f4le des infections - est arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec un probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'utilisation des antimicrobiens ou \u00e0 l'IPC dans leur propre \u00e9tablissement.<\/p><p><strong>Une approche pratique et ax\u00e9e sur le travail d'\u00e9quipe<\/strong><br \/>Pendant trois journ\u00e9es bien remplies, les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 immerg\u00e9s dans une exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage interactive con\u00e7ue autour de trois \u00e9tapes cl\u00e9s : d\u00e9finir un probl\u00e8me sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l'h\u00f4pital concernant le programme de gestion des antimicrobiens (ARG) ou le contr\u00f4le et la pr\u00e9vention des infections (CPI), concevoir un plan de mesure ax\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es, et pr\u00e9parer la mise en \u0153uvre en milieu hospitalier.<\/p><p>Un th\u00e8me central tout au long du programme \u00e9tait la mesure, incluant les enqu\u00eates de pr\u00e9valence ponctuelle (EPP) ainsi que d'autres m\u00e9thodes pour \u00e9valuer la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 de l'utilisation des antimicrobiens et la performance des pratiques de contr\u00f4le et de pr\u00e9vention des infections (CPI). Les ateliers alternaient avec des travaux d'\u00e9quipe, des discussions de groupe et des moments de partage de connaissances. Les participants ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs probl\u00e8mes, re\u00e7u des commentaires et affin\u00e9 leurs strat\u00e9gies avec le soutien d'une facult\u00e9 internationale multidisciplinaire repr\u00e9sentant les Cara\u00efbes, l'Europe et les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p><p><strong>En perspective<\/strong><br \/>Chaque \u00e9quipe hospitali\u00e8re a quitt\u00e9 le parcours avec un plan de mesure concret, qu'elle mettra en \u0153uvre au cours des 6 \u00e0 8 prochains mois. Cette phase comprendra des webinaires, de l'accompagnement par des experts et des formations en ligne suppl\u00e9mentaires, par exemple sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Point Prevalence Survey (Global-PPS)<\/a> m\u00e9thodologie. Les progr\u00e8s seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s avant la deuxi\u00e8me session en personne en f\u00e9vrier 2026, lorsque les participants approfondiront l'analyse des barri\u00e8res et la conception des
