les pairs dans <em>JAC-R\u00e9sistance aux Antimicrobiens<\/em>, discutant du d\u00e9veloppement et de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9valuation du Module ambulatoire Global-PPS.<\/p><p>Alors que plus de 80% d&#x27;antibiotiques sont prescrits en ambulatoire, la plupart des outils de surveillance des antimicrobiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour le milieu hospitalier. Afin de combler cette lacune, l&#x27;\u00e9quipe Global-PPS a mis au point le premier outil en ligne standardis\u00e9 permettant de surveiller l&#x27;utilisation des antibiotiques en ambulatoire \u00e0 l&#x27;\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p><p>Test\u00e9 au Nig\u00e9ria et dans 25 \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 dans 10 pays, ce module ambulatoire permet aux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et aux institutions d'\u00e9valuer les habitudes de prescription et les indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 dans un large \u00e9ventail de contextes ambulatoires, des centres de soins de sant\u00e9 primaires aux services d'urgence.<\/p><p>L'\u00e9tude met en \u00e9vidence :<\/p><ul><li>Les utilisateurs se d\u00e9clarent tr\u00e8s satisfaits du protocole, de la plateforme de saisie des donn\u00e9es et de la m\u00e9thodologie d&#x27;enqu\u00eate (&gt;90 %)<\/li><li>Les obstacles courants, y compris l'acc\u00e8s aux informations du patient et le besoin de formation suppl\u00e9mentaire<\/li><li>L'importance du soutien institutionnel et de l'engagement des \u00e9quipes multidisciplinaires<\/li><li>Le potentiel de cet outil pour soutenir les activit\u00e9s de surveillance et de gestion de routine \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale<\/li><\/ul><p>\u201c Le Global-PPS ambulatoire aide \u00e0 combler une lacune essentielle dans la surveillance des AMU et permet aux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 de mieux comprendre et d'am\u00e9liorer leurs pratiques de prescription d'antibiotiques \u201d, d\u00e9clare l'auteure principale Annelies Boven (Universit\u00e9 d'Anvers).<\/p><p>Soutenu par les participants de Global-PPS du monde entier, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement suppl\u00e9mentaire de bioM\u00e9rieux et Pfizer, le module est d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 en Afrique, en Asie, en Europe, ainsi
