Le moment choisi pour ce cours \u00e9tait id\u00e9al, car de nombreux centres participants sont maintenant pr\u00eats \u00e0 d\u00e9passer les connaissances fondamentales et \u00e0 se concentrer sur la mise en \u0153uvre de strat\u00e9gies d'AMS dans des contextes cliniques r\u00e9els. Le cours a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour combler cet \u00e9cart, en dotant les participants d'outils et de m\u00e9thodologies pratiques pour relever leurs d\u00e9fis les plus urgents en mati\u00e8re d'utilisation des antibiotiques, allant de la prophylaxie prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 l'\u00e9chantillonnage culturel inappropri\u00e9.<\/p><p><strong>Sciences comportementales<\/strong><br \/>Une caract\u00e9ristique essentielle du cours drive-AMS est l'accent mis sur la science comportementale. Les participants ont appris \u00e0 appliquer des m\u00e9thodologies de changement de comportement \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de projets locaux de SMA. Le processus est structur\u00e9 et collaboratif : apr\u00e8s le cours, chaque \u00e9quipe est retourn\u00e9e dans ses institutions d'origine pour travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec des tuteurs attitr\u00e9s sur les 18 mois suivants. Leur parcours comprend :<\/p><ul><li>mesure : utilisation des Global Point Prevalence Surveys (G-PPS), des audits et des indicateurs quantitatifs pour \u00e9valuer les pratiques actuelles ;<\/li><li>Analyse des barri\u00e8res : identifier les obstacles qui entravent l'utilisation optimale des antibiotiques ;<\/li><li>cartographie des interventions : relier les obstacles identifi\u00e9s \u00e0 des interventions efficaces et fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes ;<\/li><li>mise en \u0153uvre : d\u00e9ploiement d'interventions cibl\u00e9es dans leur contexte local ;<\/li><li>re-mesure : \u00e9valuer l'impact de ces interventions pour assurer une am\u00e9lioration continue.<\/li><\/ul><p>Cette approche structur\u00e9e et participative rend la science comportementale non seulement accessible, mais aussi applicable dans la pratique quotidienne de la AMS.<\/p><p><strong>Favoriser la collaboration<\/strong><br \/>Alors que les initiatives AMS prennent de plus en plus racine au Kenya et dans la r\u00e9gion, il devient de plus en plus important de favoriser la collaboration et le partage d'informations. La supervision des projets en cours et le maintien de canaux de communication ouverts peuvent aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la duplication des efforts et \u00e0 maximiser l'impact collectif des interventions AMS.<\/p><p>Nous sommes ravis de soutenir ces \u00e9quipes passionn\u00e9es dans le cadre de leurs projets d'AMC, convaincus que leur travail contribuera de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la lutte contre la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens en Afrique de l'Est. En combinant des m\u00e9thodologies structur\u00e9es, des insights comportementaux et un mentorat durable, drive-AMS contribue \u00e0 transformer l'AMC de la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 la
