La r\u00e9union a rassembl\u00e9 cinq m\u00e9decins internistes du service de m\u00e9decine interne et deux urologues des services de chirurgie. Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur l'interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es du Global Point Prevalence Survey (G-PPS) et l'application des meilleures pratiques et des indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 pour la gestion des antimicrobiens.<\/p><p>La collaboration a abouti \u00e0 deux histoires de r\u00e9ussite convaincantes pour l'AMS :<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9viter les antibiotiques prophylactiques pour la pose de sondes v\u00e9sicales, une initiative d\u00e9fendue par la m\u00e9decine interne.<\/li><li>\u00c9viter les antibiotiques prophylactiques pour la cystoscopie flexible, une pratique am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par l'Urologie gr\u00e2ce au projet IMAGINE.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ces actions refl\u00e8tent une prise de conscience croissante des \u00e9carts entre les directives cliniques et les comportements de prescription dans le monde r\u00e9el, en particulier en urologie. L'\u00e9quipe SPICE a utilis\u00e9 ces exemples comme tremplin pour explorer les obstacles et les facilitateurs locaux aux pratiques optimales en mati\u00e8re de AMS.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis courants tels que le manque de personnel, le personnel hospitalier a montr\u00e9 une forte motivation \u00e0 s'engager dans l'approche drive-AMS. Encourag\u00e9e par ses succ\u00e8s initiaux, l'\u00e9quipe a introduit deux nouveaux indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ses d\u00e9fis de prescription. Elle a \u00e9galement exprim\u00e9 son int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 revoir les m\u00e9thodologies d'identification des obstacles comportementaux. Une session de suivi est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vue, ax\u00e9e sur l'adaptation des activit\u00e9s AMS au contexte local et sur le renforcement de l'engagement du personnel.
