Dans le cadre de discussions ouvertes et constructives avec l'\u00e9quipe de coordination nationale, les participants ont explor\u00e9 des solutions et d\u00e9fini les prochaines \u00e9tapes afin d'ancrer davantage le changement de comportement dans la pratique clinique.<\/p><p>Comme l'explique le Dr Jos\u00e9 Artur Paiva, responsable national du programme et directeur de l'unit\u00e9 de soins intensifs de l'ULS S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o :<\/p><blockquote><p>\u201cCe cours continue de d\u00e9montrer le succ\u00e8s du projet dans les institutions participantes au Portugal. Les h\u00f4pitaux ont fait des efforts consid\u00e9rables pour promouvoir le changement de comportement. Nous ne visons pas seulement \u00e0 modifier les prescriptions, nous travaillons \u00e0 changer les prescripteurs. En mettant en \u0153uvre un cycle plus lent et plus durable de changement de comportement, l'examen et l'am\u00e9lioration des pratiques de prescription deviennent un processus volontaire, et non sans fin\u201d.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote><p>Sur la base de la r\u00e9union des dirigeants, une formation de suivi des formateurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9e le 22 mai. Elle a rassembl\u00e9 des participants des huit h\u00f4pitaux ayant pris part \u00e0 la formation de janvier. Cette session a permis d'approfondir la compr\u00e9hension des indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 des prescriptions et d'affiner les m\u00e9thodologies d'\u00e9valuation des comportements des prescripteurs et des facteurs \u00e0 l'origine des choix de prescription.<\/p><p>Ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements soulignent l'engagement de l'\u00e9quipe portugaise drive-AMS, dirig\u00e9e par l'ULS S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, \u00e0 promouvoir l'utilisation efficace des antimicrobiens. Son objectif est clair comme de l'eau de roche : mettre en \u0153uvre des politiques d'AMS solides et durables, fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et sur la science du comportement.<\/p><p>Les deux jours suivants seront consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 des discussions internes au consortium sur l'\u00e9valuation, la durabilit\u00e9, le financement futur et les rapports d'impact. De plus amples informations, y compris les modalit\u00e9s d'inscription \u00e0 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement public, seront communiqu\u00e9es dans les mois \u00e0
