Financ\u00e9 par EU4Health, le programme est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en \u0153uvre dans des h\u00f4pitaux au Portugal, en Roumanie, en Lituanie et en Gr\u00e8ce. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Europe, drive-AMS s'est \u00e9tendu au-del\u00e0 de ces quatre pays, et le Prof. Em. Emmanuel Roilides, qui dirige l'\u00e9quipe grecque de drive-AMS, a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel en guidant les participants \u00e0 Chypre tout au long du processus, partageant son expertise sur la mise en \u0153uvre de l'AMS dans les milieux hospitaliers.<\/p><p><strong>Une approche pratique et collaborative de la formation AMS<\/strong><\/p><p>Le cours a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u avec un objectif clair : fournir une formation pratique et concr\u00e8te aux \u00e9quipes multidisciplinaires des programmes de gestion des antimicrobiens (PGA), comprenant des cliniciens, des microbiologistes, des pharmaciens et des infirmiers. En suivant une approche structur\u00e9e, \u00e9tape par \u00e9tape, les participants ont appris \u00e0 mesurer l'utilisation des antibiotiques, \u00e0 analyser les tendances de prescription et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies de PGA sur mesure pour optimiser les pratiques antimicrobiennes dans leurs \u00e9tablissements.<\/p><p>Comme toujours, la pr\u00e9paration a \u00e9t\u00e9 la cl\u00e9. Avant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, les \u00e9quipes ont examin\u00e9 la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils pratique de l'Organisation Mondiale de la Sant\u00e9 sur les programmes de surveillance et d'antimicrobiens, ainsi que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biomerieux.com\/content\/dam\/biomerieux-com\/medical-affairs\/educational-booklets\/Biom%C3%A9rieux%20Booklet%20AMR%20AMS%20a%20practical%20guide%20to%20implementation%20in%20hospital%202024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">carnet AMS<\/a> R\u00e9sumer la philosophie centrale du programme drive-AMS. Les \u00e9quipes ont \u00e9galement men\u00e9 des enqu\u00eates de pr\u00e9valence ponctuelle au sein de leurs h\u00f4pitaux. Une formation en ligne expliquant comment mener une enqu\u00eate de pr\u00e9valence ponctuelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global-PPS<\/a> les 2 et 10 d\u00e9cembre 2024. Le participant a re\u00e7u plus d'informations sur les rapports de feedback Global-PPS et des instructions pour interpr\u00e9ter leurs r\u00e9sultats. Les membres du corps professoral ont partag\u00e9 des meilleures pratiques, des \u00e9tudes de cas et des strat\u00e9gies de gestion des attributions r\u00e9ussies provenant de toute l'Europe. Mais l'apprentissage n'\u00e9tait pas \u00e0 sens unique : les participants eux-m\u00eames ont enrichi les discussions, participant \u00e0 une session d'entretien de jeu de r\u00f4le, \u00e9changeant leurs exp\u00e9riences et leurs d\u00e9fis, et cr\u00e9ant un r\u00e9seau de professionnels de la gestion des attributions \u00e0 Chypre.<\/p><p><strong>Mentorat d'experts et soutien continu<\/strong><\/p><p>Le cours ne s'est pas termin\u00e9 le 15 f\u00e9vrier. Les \u00e9quipes AMS de Chypre d\u00e9ploieront d\u00e9sormais leurs projets dans leurs h\u00f4pitaux respectifs, soutenues par un mentorat d'experts continu. Un webinaire de suivi est pr\u00e9vu pour avril 2025, avec des ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires et des consultations d'experts disponibles via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spice-global.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Registre SPICE<\/a>. En maintenant un engagement constant, les \u00e9quipes AMS auront l'occasion de pr\u00e9senter leurs progr\u00e8s, de discuter des d\u00e9fis et de recevoir des conseils d'experts pour affiner leurs strat\u00e9gies. Un deuxi\u00e8me webinaire de suivi aura lieu en f\u00e9vrier 2026.<\/p><p>Le succ\u00e8s de cette formation drive-AMS r\u00e9affirme le r\u00f4le essentiel de la formation structur\u00e9e et ax\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de gestion des antimicrobiens dans la lutte contre la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens. En favorisant une approche collaborative et fond\u00e9e sur des preuves, drive-AMS donne aux h\u00f4pitaux chypriotes les moyens de prendre des mesures significatives pour optimiser l'utilisation des antibiotiques.
