Mon objectif principal est de rationaliser les prescriptions d'antibiotiques, ce qui englobe tout, de la paperasserie aux consultations individuelles, en passant par des conf\u00e9rences destin\u00e9es aux m\u00e9decins et aux infirmiers. L'AMS est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment crucial de mon travail quotidien, c'est pourquoi participer au programme drive-AMS \u00e9tait parfait pour moi.<\/p><h4><strong>Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 votre r\u00f4le dans le cours drive-AMS ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 en tant que conf\u00e9rencier ! La Dre Rolanda Valinteliene m'a contact\u00e9, disant qu'ils avaient besoin d'un pharmacologue clinicien pour donner une conf\u00e9rence sur les indices quantifiables de l'utilisation des antimicrobiens. Et au-del\u00e0 de cela, j'ai eu l'occasion de participer \u00e0 trois jours de conf\u00e9rences, de d\u00e9bats et de discussions, ce qui m'a donn\u00e9 une compr\u00e9hension beaucoup plus large de l'AMS.<\/p><h4><strong>Ce n'\u00e9tait pas votre premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience avec drive-AMS, n'est-ce pas ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Non, mon parcours avec drive-AMS a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec le premier cours dans le pays en mai de l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Bien que je n'aie pas fait partie du tout premier groupe qui a suivi le cours de formation des formateurs aux Pays-Bas, j'en ai fait partie \u00e0 partir de ce moment-l\u00e0. Cette premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice pour moi, elle m'a fait comprendre que l'AMS ne concerne pas seulement les connaissances m\u00e9dicales, mais aussi la gestion. Cette prise de conscience m'a incit\u00e9 \u00e0 poursuivre un dipl\u00f4me en gestion, afin d'\u00eatre plus efficace dans la mise en \u0153uvre des initiatives AMS.<\/p><h4><strong>Quel est le statut de mise en \u0153uvre du SMA dans votre h\u00f4pital ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Nous avons un comit\u00e9 AMS, que je dirige, ainsi qu'une \u00e9quipe responsable des audits et de la mise en \u0153uvre des politiques. Depuis novembre, nous travaillons \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime, mettant en \u0153uvre des directives sur l'antibioth\u00e9rapie empirique, la prophylaxie chirurgicale et l'utilisation des antibiotiques r\u00e9serv\u00e9s. Apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9cent cours drive-AMS, mes coll\u00e8gues sont revenus tr\u00e8s motiv\u00e9s et ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 sensibiliser leurs d\u00e9partements. Certains ont m\u00eame install\u00e9 des panneaux d'information AMS dans les salles de repos des m\u00e9decins pour maintenir la gestion rigoureuse des antibiotiques au premier plan.<\/p><h4><strong>Quels sont les plus grands d\u00e9fis dans la mise en \u0153uvre d'AMS ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Le principal d\u00e9fi est la gestion du temps. De nombreux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 surmen\u00e9s, et les exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires en mati\u00e8re de SMA (Strat\u00e9gie mondiale pour les antibiotiques) \u2013 comme remplir des formulaires pour des antibiotiques r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u2013 peuvent sembler \u00eatre un fardeau. J'entends souvent des plaintes comme : \u201c Maintenant, je dois \u00e9crire davantage. \u201d Changer cette mentalit\u00e9 est difficile. Personnellement, j'assiste aux r\u00e9unions des m\u00e9decins pour d\u00e9fendre la SMA, et c'est ainsi que j'ai re\u00e7u le surnom de \u2019 fille AMR \u201c. Je plaisante en disant que tout ce que j'ai \u00e0 faire est de me pr\u00e9senter, et les gens se souviennent instantan\u00e9ment de l'importance de la gestion des antibiotiques !<\/p><h4><strong>Mesurez-vous l'impact des initiatives AMS dans votre h\u00f4pital ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Oui, notre \u00e9quipe AMS effectue des audits et supervise l'enqu\u00eate mondiale sur la pr\u00e9valence ponctuelle (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global-PPS<\/a>. Nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan d'interventions et mesurerons les r\u00e9sultats au fil du temps. Nous travaillons \u00e9galement sur la surveillance de la prophylaxie chirurgicale et la quantit\u00e9 exacte d'antibiotiques prescrits. L'un de nos objectifs cl\u00e9s pour cette ann\u00e9e est d'am\u00e9liorer le syst\u00e8me d'information de notre h\u00f4pital afin de pouvoir suivre \u00e9lectroniquement les prescriptions d'antibiotiques. Actuellement, la pharmacie ne peut que signaler la quantit\u00e9 distribu\u00e9e aux services, mais nous avons besoin de donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques aux patients pour un suivi pr\u00e9cis.<\/p><h4><strong>Derni\u00e8res r\u00e9flexions ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>L'organisation du cours drive-AMS a \u00e9t\u00e9 vraiment fantastique. Nous avons tous trouv\u00e9 le cours \u00e0 la fois informatif et agr\u00e9able, il \u00e9tait captivant, instructif, avec suffisamment de temps pour le r\u00e9seautage et la d\u00e9tente. C'est un excellent \u00e9quilibre pour un apprentissage efficace. Nous avons encore beaucoup de travail \u00e0 faire en Lituanie, mais drive-AMS a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la sensibilisation et la fourniture des outils dont nous avons besoin pour faire la diff\u00e9rence.
