Les participants ont d\u00e9couvert la m\u00e9thode Global-PPS (Point Prevalence Survey), qui les aide \u00e0 comprendre comment leur h\u00f4pital utilise les antibiotiques par rapport \u00e0 d'autres \u00e9tablissements en Roumanie et en Europe. Des exemples bas\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es roumaines ont aid\u00e9 les participants \u00e0 visualiser la prescription d'antibiotiques dans leurs propres h\u00f4pitaux. Chaque participant a ensuite discut\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate Global-PPS de son h\u00f4pital, suscitant des \u00e9changes int\u00e9ressants entre des pairs engag\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Le deuxi\u00e8me jour a port\u00e9 sur les mesures d'\u00e9valuation de l'utilisation des antibiotiques et de la qualit\u00e9 de leur prescription au niveau hospitalier. Les participants ont d\u00e9couvert comment l'outil innovant Global-PPS peut fournir des donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques aux besoins de leur h\u00f4pital, par exemple pour diff\u00e9rentes maladies ou services hospitaliers. La journ\u00e9e s'est termin\u00e9e par un atelier o\u00f9 les participants ont identifi\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes importants dans leurs h\u00f4pitaux et ont \u00e9labor\u00e9 des plans d\u00e9taill\u00e9s pour mesurer et am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats. Parmi les domaines d'intervention courants figuraient l'am\u00e9lioration de l'utilisation des antibiotiques en chirurgie, le perfectionnement des m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement d'\u00e9chantillons pour les analyses et la garantie de la prescription correcte des antibiotiques.<\/p><p>En abordant le troisi\u00e8me et le quatri\u00e8me jour, les discussions sur les sciences comportementales ont suscit\u00e9 des d\u00e9bats anim\u00e9s, soulignant l'impact du comportement humain sur l'utilisation des antibiotiques. Les participants ont d\u00e9couvert les th\u00e9ories du changement comportemental et des outils tels que le mod\u00e8le COM-B pour comprendre ce qui facilite ou entrave la mise en \u0153uvre de changements dans leurs h\u00f4pitaux. Chaque h\u00f4pital a ensuite esquiss\u00e9 son propre plan pour am\u00e9liorer l'utilisation des antibiotiques, en tenant compte des d\u00e9fis et des solutions adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs circonstances sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/p><p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le cours sur la gestion antimicrobienne en Roumanie a non seulement offert une plateforme de partage des connaissances, mais a \u00e9galement favoris\u00e9 un engagement commun pour une meilleure utilisation des antibiotiques et la lutte contre la r\u00e9sistance.
