<a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/radboudumc-center-of-infectious-diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centre m\u00e9dical de l'Universit\u00e9 Radboud<\/a> (Radboudumc) et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uantwerpen.be\/en\/research-groups\/laboratory-of-medical-microbiology\/about-lmm\/our-team\/phd-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universit\u00e9 d'Anvers<\/a> ont uni leurs forces pour lancer drive-AMS, un nouveau projet <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/opportunities\/projects-details\/43332642\/101079985\/EU4H\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financ\u00e9 dans le cadre du programme EU4Health<\/a>. Ce projet vise \u00e0 intensifier les programmes de gestion des antimicrobiens (AMS) dans l'Union europ\u00e9enne en am\u00e9liorant l'utilisation judicieuse des antimicrobiens (AMU) et en renfor\u00e7ant la surveillance de l'AMU, qui sont toutes deux des priorit\u00e9s cl\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/health.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2020-01\/amr_2017_action-plan_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan d'action de l'UE sur la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens dans le cadre de l'approche \u00ab Une seule sant\u00e9 \u00bb<\/a>.<\/p><p>En 2018, Radboudumc a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/education\/courses\/dutch-antimicrobial-stewardship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme de Masterclass et de conseil d'experts en gestion des antimicrobiens aux Pays-Bas<\/a>, fournissant des orientations aux professionnels et aux d\u00e9cideurs dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement et de mise en \u0153uvre d'un programme r\u00e9ussi de gestion des antimicrobiens dans les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9. En 2014, l'enqu\u00eate mondiale sur la pr\u00e9valence ponctuelle de la consommation et de la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global-PPS<\/a>), a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uantwerpen.be\/en\/research-groups\/laboratory-of-medical-microbiology\/projects-and-publications\/projects\/antibiotic-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratoire de microbiologie m\u00e9dicale<\/a> de l'Universit\u00e9 d'Anvers, afin de fournir un outil de surveillance web standardis\u00e9, r\u00e9alisable et librement disponible pour mesurer la qualit\u00e9 de la pratique de prescription antimicrobienne dans les h\u00f4pitaux du monde entier. <br \/>Ces deux programmes travaillent d\u00e9sormais ensemble dans le cadre du projet drive-AMS. Il combine trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s : le transfert de connaissances, la mesure et la consultation d'experts.<\/p><p>drive-AMS sera mis en \u0153uvre dans quatre pays europ\u00e9ens (Gr\u00e8ce, Lituanie, Portugal et Roumanie) o\u00f9 des experts nationaux en AMS seront form\u00e9s comme formateurs. drive-AMS renforcera l'impact de la mise en \u0153uvre durable de l'AMS, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 :<\/p><ul><li>Comprendre les principes de l'antimicrobial stewardship gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un pr\u00e9-cours en ligne<\/li><li>Identification des lacunes dans la prescription d'antimicrobiens par une \u00e9valuation mondiale pr\u00e9alable au cours (Global-PPS)<\/li><li>Organisation d'une Masterclass de 4 jours \u00e0 l'intention des \u00e9quipes de gestion des antimicrobiens sur le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre d'interventions AMS.
