sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>Global-PPS lance un nouvel ajout \u00e0 son outil bas\u00e9 sur le web, \u00e0 savoir le<strong> module ambulatoire<\/strong>. Cette nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e suite aux demandes de plusieurs participants \u00e0 Global-PPS, car les donn\u00e9es au niveau du patient provenant des milieux ambulatoires sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement limit\u00e9es. Le module ambulatoire permet aux \u00e9tablissements de mesurer l'utilisation des antimicrobiens chez les patients externes, c'est-\u00e0-dire les patients qui ne sont pas admis pendant la nuit. Le module est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour les \u00e9tablissements tels que les cliniques externes, les centres de soins primaires ou communautaires et certains d\u00e9partements hospitaliers, y compris les urgences, la chirurgie de jour et les d\u00e9partements ambulatoires.<\/p><h3>Les <strong>avantages <\/strong>de cette m\u00e9thode transversale comprennent :\u00a0<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Facilit\u00e9 d'utilisation<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Tient des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Charge de travail minimale<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Moyen rapide de quantifier et d'\u00e9valuer des donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Suivi des comportements de prescription dans le temps<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Le module ambulatoire offre un moyen fiable de collecter des donn\u00e9es sur l'utilisation des antimicrobiens chez les patients externes, dans les pays \u00e0 revenu \u00e9lev\u00e9 comme dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire. Les \u00e9tablissements participants re\u00e7oivent des informations compl\u00e8tes et de haute qualit\u00e9 sur les mod\u00e8les de prescription dans leurs unit\u00e9s ambulatoires. De plus, le module ambulatoire prend en charge la collecte de donn\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el. En d'autres termes, les donn\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement saisies dans l'application web Global-PPS pendant la collecte de donn\u00e9es, ce qui acc\u00e9l\u00e8re et simplifie la saisie des donn\u00e9es.<\/p><p>En plus de cela, les utilisateurs pourront g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des rapports de commentaires et des fichiers Excel incluant des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur <a href=\"https:\/\/adoptaware.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Classification AWaRe<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whocc.no\/atc_ddd_index\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Codes ATC<\/a> des antimicrobiens prescrits.<\/p><h3><strong>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence avec le module hospitalisation ? <\/strong><\/h3><p>La diff\u00e9rence la plus importante est que dans le module hospitalisation, les d\u00e9nominateurs sont collect\u00e9s au niveau <u>niveau de quartier<\/u>, alors que pour le module ambulatoire cela se produit \u00e0 <u>niveau du patient<\/u>. Cela signifie qu'un ensemble de variables est collect\u00e9 pour chaque patient vu dans l'unit\u00e9 pendant un cr\u00e9neau horaire sp\u00e9cifique, des informations plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9es n'\u00e9tant collect\u00e9es que pour les patients ayant une prescription d'antimicrobiens.<\/p><h3><strong>Chronologie <\/strong><\/h3><p>Suite au d\u00e9veloppement de protocole et \u00e0 l'extension de l'application l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, la phase pilote de saisie des donn\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e au cours du premier trimestre 2023. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/remerciements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plusieurs participants<\/a> du r\u00e9seau Global-PPS ont apport\u00e9 des commentaires et des recommandations pr\u00e9cieux dans l'\u00e9laboration du protocole. Le r\u00e9seau Global-PPS au Nigeria a aid\u00e9 en collectant des donn\u00e9es pilotes sur le terrain et en testant l'application de saisie de donn\u00e9es en ligne.<\/p><p>Au<strong> fin avril 2023<\/strong>, le module ambulatoire est <strong>lanc\u00e9 dans le monde entier<\/strong> qui comprend le protocole, l'outil, le manuel informatique et la fonction d'exportation des donn\u00e9es brutes dans Excel. \u00c0 partir de mai 2023, la collecte de donn\u00e9es sera possible dans le monde entier.
