Le cours a combin\u00e9 leur <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/education\/courses\/dutch-antimicrobial-stewardship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Masterclass AMS n\u00e9erlandais<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et l'outil et l'expertise Global-PPS. Les futurs formateurs ont appris comment guider les professionnels et les d\u00e9cideurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre d'un programme r\u00e9ussi de gestion des antimicrobiens dans leur h\u00f4pital, leur syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9, leur r\u00e9gion, voire leur pays.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement de quatre jours a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un formidable m\u00e9lange de <strong>transfert de connaissances<\/strong> et <strong>cr\u00e9ation de communaut\u00e9<\/strong>. C'\u00e9tait l'occasion parfaite de se connecter, de collaborer et d'\u00e9changer des id\u00e9es ! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c Depuis 2019, l'AMS Masterclass n\u00e9erlandaise a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 300 professionnels de la sant\u00e9 de plus de 20 pays \u201d, d\u00e9clare Jeroen Schouten, responsable du programme AMS au Radboudumc, pr\u00e9sident de l'ESCMID ESGAP et coordinateur de drive-AMS. \u201c L'exp\u00e9rience nous a appris que la formation en <\/span><b>science de la mise en \u0153uvre<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> et <\/span><b>changement de comportement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sont <\/span><b>essentiel <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour la mise en \u0153uvre r\u00e9ussie de tout programme de gestion antimicrobienne, et que <\/span><b>acquisition de donn\u00e9es<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sur les modes de prescription institutionnels est le <\/span><b>premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pour changer (prescrire) les comportements. \u00c0 partir de cette ann\u00e9e, avec le soutien de la Commission europ\u00e9enne, nous avons \u00e9largi le programme pour inclure la mesure comme premi\u00e8re et derni\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la r\u00e9alisation et de la mesure du changement souhait\u00e9.
