R\u00e9serve) Livre sur les antibiotiques<\/a>. Il vise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l'un des objectifs de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/publications\/i\/item\/9789241509763\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan d'action mondial sur la RAM<\/a> \u201cOptimiser l'utilisation des m\u00e9dicaments antimicrobiens, en mettant l'accent sur les antibiotiques, les antifongiques, les antiviraux et les antiprotozoaires.<\/p><p>Le livre est un guide concis et bas\u00e9 sur des preuves pour choisir les antibiotiques, les doses, les voies d'administration et la dur\u00e9e du traitement pour plus de 30 des infections cliniques les plus courantes chez les enfants et les adultes, dans les soins de sant\u00e9 primaires et en milieu hospitalier.<\/p><p>Les directives de traitement empirique sont une partie importante des activit\u00e9s d'antimicrobial stewardship (AMS) dans les h\u00f4pitaux, et l'existence et le respect des directives locales sont des indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 importants \u00e9valu\u00e9s dans le Global-PPS. Jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, cependant, il manquait des conseils facilement accessibles et fond\u00e9s sur des preuves provenant de sources fiables pour de nombreuses infections courantes dans de nombreux pays, en particulier dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire.
