href=\"https:\/\/aricjournal.biomedcentral.com\/track\/pdf\/10.1186\/s13756-021-01010-w.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une enqu\u00eate<\/a> par le biais de son r\u00e9seau, constatant que de nombreux h\u00f4pitaux, principalement dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire, \u00e9taient confront\u00e9s \u00e0 une capacit\u00e9 de laboratoire insuffisante et \u00e0 une utilisation sous-optimale des services de laboratoire disponibles. Les participants au Global-PPS ont signal\u00e9 cela comme l'un des obstacles les plus importants \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre efficace de l'antimicrobial stewardship.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.msf.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res<\/a> (MSF) d\u00e9ploiera bient\u00f4t son innovant <a href=\"https:\/\/antibiogo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Application Antibiogo<\/a> dans plusieurs de ses laboratoires au Mali, en Jordanie, au Y\u00e9men et en R\u00e9publique centrafricaine. Cette application Android gratuite, open source et t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable hors ligne contribuera \u00e0 accro\u00eetre les technologies de l'information pour soutenir la prescription d'antimicrobiens dans les pays \u00e0 revenu faible et interm\u00e9diaire (PRFI). Cet outil innovant contribue \u00e0 lutter contre la r\u00e9sistance aux antibiotiques en aidant les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 prescrire les antibiotiques les plus efficaces aux patients.<\/p><h2><strong>Qu'est-ce qu'Antibiogo ? <\/strong><\/h2><p>Antibiogo est une application de diagnostic qui permet aux techniciens de laboratoire de mesurer et d&#x27;interpr\u00e9ter les antibiogrammes. Il s&#x27;agit de tests qui d\u00e9terminent la sensibilit\u00e9 des bact\u00e9ries \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents antibiotiques. Concr\u00e8tement, l&#x27;application permet de mesurer les diam\u00e8tres d&#x27;inhibition sur les antibiogrammes et, surtout, d&#x27;interpr\u00e9ter les r\u00e9sultats directement sur un t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, sans n\u00e9cessairement poss\u00e9der d&#x27;expertise en microbiologie. Les r\u00e9sultats sont particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cis : selon les bact\u00e9ries, 90 \u00e0 98 % d&#x27;entre eux correspondent \u00e0 l&#x27;interpr\u00e9tation de microbiologistes qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p><p>Antibiogo a r\u00e9cemment obtenu la certification CE et sera disponible pour tous les laboratoires de microbiologie des PIM d\u00e8s la certification finale en 2023.<\/p><h2><strong>Comment \u00e7a a commenc\u00e9 \u00a0<\/strong><\/h2><p>Le projet est n\u00e9 en 2017 avec l'id\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper un dispositif m\u00e9dical utilisant le traitement d'images, l'intelligence artificielle et un syst\u00e8me expert existant.
