cours des derniers mois, l'\u00e9quipe Global-PPS a travaill\u00e9 activement \u00e0 la mise \u00e0 jour du rapport de r\u00e9troaction en temps r\u00e9el. Ils proposent d\u00e9sormais une nouvelle pr\u00e9sentation des pr\u00e9valences pour les diff\u00e9rents sous-groupes d'antibiotiques, des informations sur les infections associ\u00e9es aux soins et l'utilisation de dispositifs invasifs ; ainsi que la nouvelle classification AWaRe de l'OMS.<\/p><p>Depuis le premier d\u00e9ploiement mondial de l'outil de surveillance Global-PPS en 2015, notre objectif \u00e9tait de fournir \u00e0 nos participants des rapports de retour d'information en temps r\u00e9el. Global-PPS dispose d'une fonction de retour d'information automatis\u00e9e dans le logiciel qui traite les donn\u00e9es PPS et g\u00e9n\u00e8re une s\u00e9rie de graphiques et de tableaux. Ainsi, les h\u00f4pitaux re\u00e7oivent leur rapport en temps r\u00e9el (imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la saisie et la validation des donn\u00e9es) sans avoir \u00e0 investir de temps et de ressources dans l'analyse des donn\u00e9es. Ces rapports aident les \u00e9quipes locales de gestion des antimicrobiens \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter, communiquer et discuter des r\u00e9sultats pour leur h\u00f4pital.<\/p><p>Actuellement, nous proposons des rapports de synth\u00e8se ponctuels, consolid\u00e9s et longitudinaux. Ils donnent un aper\u00e7u de :<\/p><ul><li>pr\u00e9valences pour les diff\u00e9rents sous-groupes d'antibiotiques ;<\/li><li>types de salles d'op\u00e9ration et indications ;<\/li><li>plusieurs indicateurs de qualit\u00e9 des antibiotiques;<\/li><li>infections associ\u00e9es aux soins et utilisation de dispositifs invasifs ;<\/li><li>r\u00e9sistance aux micro-organismes les plus courants ;<\/li><li>la classification WHO AWaRE.<\/li><\/ul><p>Les r\u00e9sultats sp\u00e9cifiques des PPS de l'h\u00f4pital sont trac\u00e9s par rapport aux r\u00e9sultats moyens nationaux et continentaux (analyse comparative).<\/p><p>Tout h\u00f4pital du monde est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer. Les plus grands h\u00f4pitaux qui ont particip\u00e9 au moins une fois au Global-PPS sont admissibles \u00e0 participer avec un sous-\u00e9chantillon de l'h\u00f4pital, permettant de cibler un ensemble de types de services sp\u00e9cifiques (par exemple, toutes les unit\u00e9s de soins intensifs, tous les services de chirurgie ou tous les services de p\u00e9diatrie). Ils pourront t\u00e9l\u00e9charger un rapport de r\u00e9troaction longitudinal pr\u00e9sentant les r\u00e9sultats de toutes les enqu\u00eates qu'ils ont compl\u00e9t\u00e9es.<\/p><p>Nous nous effor\u00e7ons continuellement d'am\u00e9liorer ces rapports, en tenant compte des commentaires et des souhaits de nos participants.
