La G\u00e9orgie a \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9e dans le projet Global PPS d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but. La premi\u00e8re enqu\u00eate selon le protocole Global-PPS a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans les h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e9orgiens en 2015 sous la supervision du Professeur Karaman Pagava de l'Universit\u00e9 d'\u00c9tat de m\u00e9decine de Tbilissi, en collaboration avec le Professeur Herman Goossens et Ann Versporten de l'Universit\u00e9 d'Anvers.<\/p><p>J'ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet avec le professeur Pagava en tant que chercheur. C'est \u00e0 partir de ce moment-l\u00e0 qu'une exp\u00e9rience tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante et stimulante a commenc\u00e9 pour moi. Tout d'abord, je tiens \u00e0 mentionner l'\u00e9quipe de collaboration Global PPS. Elle m'a \u00e9t\u00e9 d'un grand soutien, ainsi qu'aux autres participants au projet. Le protocole \u00e9tait constamment mis \u00e0 jour, les outils \u00e9taient faciles \u00e0 comprendre et facilitaient le processus de recherche. Le protocole r\u00e9cemment mis \u00e0 jour est tr\u00e8s exquis. Il rend la collecte de donn\u00e9es plus pr\u00e9cise et fournit de meilleures preuves. Le processus de recherche ne n\u00e9cessite pas de grandes ressources mat\u00e9rielles ou humaines. C'est confortable et rentable pour les chercheurs. L'\u00e9tude avec la m\u00e9thodologie Global PPS a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans de nombreux pays \u00e0 travers le monde. Les r\u00e9sultats sont r\u00e9sum\u00e9s par r\u00e9gions g\u00e9ographiques. Cela nous permet de comparer nos donn\u00e9es d'enqu\u00eate \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions.<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode Global-PPS est une approche novatrice pour la recherche quantitative afin d'identifier les aspects cliniques g\u00e9n\u00e9raux des antibiotiques utilis\u00e9s en milieu hospitalier et constitue un moyen tr\u00e8s efficace de planifier les activit\u00e9s de gestion des antibiotiques.<\/p><\/div><p>Mon doctorat a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en G\u00e9orgie sur une p\u00e9riode de 3 ans. La m\u00e9thode Global PPS a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9terminer les aspects cliniques de la prescription d'antibiotiques dans les h\u00f4pitaux. Au total, 21 h\u00f4pitaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. Nous avons r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 les taux de pr\u00e9valence des antibiotiques dans les h\u00f4pitaux g\u00e9orgiens et les groupes d'antibiotiques couramment utilis\u00e9s dans diff\u00e9rents services. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9valu\u00e9 la dur\u00e9e prophylactique, la mise en \u0153uvre des directives dans le processus de traitement et la date d'arr\u00eat\/r\u00e9vision apr\u00e8s 72 heures de traitement, ainsi que d'autres constatations cliniques. Les r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9sum\u00e9s par ann\u00e9e et des tendances r\u00e9centes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es. Sur la base de nos r\u00e9sultats et en collaboration avec l'\u00e9quipe Global PPS, nous avons publi\u00e9 de nombreux articles int\u00e9ressants dans diverses revues \u00e0 facteur d'impact.<\/p><p>Dans notre \u00e9tude de doctorat, nous avons \u00e9galement analys\u00e9 l'utilisation ambulatoire d'antibiotiques de 2012 \u00e0 2019 \u00e0 l'aide de donn\u00e9es provenant de G\u00e9orgie, selon la m\u00e9thodologie de l'OMS des doses-d\u00e9finitions journali\u00e8res (DDJ) de la Classification Anatomique, Th\u00e9rapeutique et Chimique (ATC) et exprim\u00e9e en DDJ\/1000habitants\/jour (DID). Pour \u00e9tudier les connaissances, attitudes et comportements concernant les antibiotiques dans le pays, nous avons utilis\u00e9 des entretiens semi-directifs. Une petite partie de notre recherche a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e aux bact\u00e9riophages. Les particularit\u00e9s de l'utilisation des bact\u00e9riophages chez les m\u00e9decins g\u00e9orgiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es.<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thodologie Global-PPS est une excellente opportunit\u00e9 pour les jeunes scientifiques.
