Pour cette raison, nous avons l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 le protocole Global-PPS pour permettre la surveillance des patients atteints de COVID-19. Les h\u00f4pitaux peuvent \u00e0 nouveau participer jusqu'\u00e0 3 p\u00e9riodes de collecte de donn\u00e9es en 2020.<\/strong><\/p><p>Face \u00e0 l'augmentation continue des infections \u00e0 coronavirus, la gestion antimicrobienne devrait nous guider autant que possible pour \u00e9viter l'utilisation g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e et continue des antibiotiques. Le Global-PPS a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer car il permet aux h\u00f4pitaux de collecter des donn\u00e9es sur l'utilisation et la r\u00e9sistance aux antimicrobiens. Ces donn\u00e9es fournissent des connaissances, permettent des d\u00e9cisions m\u00e9dicales \u00e9clair\u00e9es et soutiennent les processus d'\u00e9laboration des politiques.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cidrap.umn.edu\/news-perspective\/2020\/05\/covid-19-presents-antibiotic-stewardship-challenges-opportunities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">En savoir plus<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00c0 partir de 2020, seul le protocole Global-PPS avec le module optionnel HAI est disponible. Outre le\u00a0<strong>version l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>\u00a0du protocole, les h\u00f4pitaux peuvent choisir de mener\u00a0<strong>version compl\u00e8te<\/strong>\u00a0par lequel chaque patient recevant un antimicrobien le jour du PPS doit remplir un formulaire suppl\u00e9mentaire sur les ISC. Le protocole a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9 pour permettre des analyses d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur les patients atteints de COVID-19. C'est pourquoi le formulaire ISC, la liste des diagnostics et la liste des antimicrobiens ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s (voir\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/fr\/documents\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ici<\/a>.
