Tambi\u00e9n se decidi\u00f3 que se deb\u00eda producir r\u00e1pidamente un Documento de Consenso Portugu\u00e9s sobre Gesti\u00f3n Antimicrobiana \u2013 que abordara el porqu\u00e9, el qu\u00e9 y el c\u00f3mo \u2013 y se debati\u00f3 y decidi\u00f3 globalmente la metodolog\u00eda para tal fin.<\/p>\n<p>En el segundo d\u00eda, las charlas y debates se centraron en la sostenibilidad de drive-AMS y en c\u00f3mo pasar de un Proyecto \u2013que es temporal\u2013 a una Infraestructura, es decir, c\u00f3mo convertirlo de un complemento en la norma de las instituciones. Se discutieron a fondo las formas de garantizar la alineaci\u00f3n entre cl\u00ednicos y gestores, as\u00ed como el respaldo y apoyo de las Agencias Reguladoras, y surgieron varios planes. Un primer ejemplo fue la producci\u00f3n de un documento de consenso para enviar al Ministerio de Salud, en el que todas las instituciones presentes en la reuni\u00f3n enfatizar\u00edan AMS como tarea prioritaria y la necesidad de mantener drive-AMS como una de las principales acciones del Pacto Portugu\u00e9s de Salud Sostenible 2024-2030.
