Re\u00fane a diecis\u00e9is centros sanitarios locales, lo que supone un total de 12 259 camas de cuidados intensivos, el 58,1 % del total de camas de cuidados intensivos de Portugal. Estos hospitales han desarrollado alrededor de treinta intervenciones utilizando la metodolog\u00eda \u00abdrive\u00bb de gesti\u00f3n de antimicrobianos de ciclo lento.<\/p><p>los equipos de drive-AMS en estos hospitales est\u00e1n arraigados en las Unidades o Servicios Locales de Prevenci\u00f3n de Infecciones y Resistencia a los Antimicrobianos, que son estructuras hospitalarias org\u00e1nicas que se alinean verticalmente con el Programa Nacional de Prevenci\u00f3n de Infecciones y Resistencia a los Antimicrobianos de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Salud, que ha avalado el proyecto desde sus inicios.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, en febrero de 2024, drive-AMS fue seleccionado por el Ministerio de Sanidad para la 1\u00aa fase del Pacto de Salud Sostenible 2024-2030, en el marco del Plan Nacional de Salud 2030, como uno de los programas sanitarios m\u00e1s relevantes. (Lee m\u00e1s al respecto en nuestro art\u00edculo anterior)<\/p><p>Con la inminente finalizaci\u00f3n de la fase financiada por EU4Health del proyecto drive-AMS, la Unidade Local de Sa\u00fade S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, el socio portugu\u00e9s del proyecto, ha decidido promover un encuentro que reunir\u00e1 a las diecis\u00e9is instituciones portuguesas que participan en el programa. En este drive-AMS-PT Long-Road Meeting, se discutir\u00e1 y planificar\u00e1 el futuro de drive-AMS en Portugal, su sostenibilidad, los interesados, la difusi\u00f3n y los objetivos. Adem\u00e1s de los participantes de las diecis\u00e9is instituciones unidas en el proceso, tambi\u00e9n asistir\u00e1n al encuentro representantes de partes interesadas cient\u00edficas,
