pares en <em>JAC-Resistencia Antimicrobiana<\/em>, discutiendo el desarrollo y la primera evaluaci\u00f3n del M\u00f3dulo de Pacientes Externos Global-PPS.<\/p><p>Aunque en la atenci\u00f3n ambulatoria se recetan m\u00e1s de 80% de antibi\u00f3ticos, la mayor\u00eda de las herramientas de vigilancia de los antimicrobianos se han dise\u00f1ado pensando en el \u00e1mbito hospitalario. Para subsanar esta carencia, el equipo de Global-PPS ha desarrollado la primera herramienta estandarizada y basada en la web para supervisar el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos en la atenci\u00f3n ambulatoria a nivel mundial.<\/p><p>Piloteado en Nigeria y probado en 25 centros de salud en 10 pa\u00edses, este M\u00f3dulo Ambulatorio permite a los profesionales de la salud y a las instituciones evaluar los patrones de prescripci\u00f3n y los indicadores de calidad en una amplia gama de entornos ambulatorios, desde centros de atenci\u00f3n primaria hasta salas de urgencias.<\/p><p>El estudio destaca:<\/p><ul><li>Alto grado de satisfacci\u00f3n entre los usuarios con el protocolo, la plataforma de introducci\u00f3n de datos y la metodolog\u00eda de la encuesta (&gt;90 %)<\/li><li>Barreras comunes, incluido el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n del paciente y la necesidad de capacitaci\u00f3n adicional.<\/li><li>La importancia del apoyo institucional y la participaci\u00f3n de equipos multidisciplinarios<\/li><li>El potencial de esta herramienta para apoyar las actividades rutinarias de monitoreo y gesti\u00f3n a nivel mundial<\/li><\/ul><p>\u201cLa Global-PPS ambulatoria ayuda a llenar un vac\u00edo cr\u00edtico en la vigilancia de la AMU y permite a los proveedores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica comprender mejor y mejorar sus pr\u00e1cticas de prescripci\u00f3n de antibi\u00f3ticos\u201d, dice la primera autora Annelies Boven (Universidad de Amberes).<\/p><p>Respaldado por participantes de Global-PPS en todo el mundo, y con financiaci\u00f3n adicional de bioM\u00e9rieux y Pfizer, el m\u00f3dulo ya est\u00e1 en uso en \u00c1frica, Asia, Europa y Am\u00e9rica del Norte y del Sur.<\/p><p>La herramienta del M\u00f3dulo Ambulatorio ofrece informaci\u00f3n procesable para los responsables de pol\u00edticas, los m\u00e9dicos y los investigadores que buscan fortalecer la administraci\u00f3n de antimicrobianos en la comunidad.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1093\/jacamr\/dlaf115\">Lee la publicaci\u00f3n completa en <em>JAC-AMR<\/em><\/a><\/p><p>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/es\/proyecto\/modulo-ambulatorio\/\">Aprenda m\u00e1s sobre el M\u00f3dulo Ambulatorio Global-PPS<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>",
