En Agios Pavlos, el equipo griego de drive-AMS inici\u00f3 comunicaciones preparatorias seguidas de una visita al sitio el 12 de marzo de 2025. La reuni\u00f3n congreg\u00f3 a cinco internistas de Medicina Interna y dos ur\u00f3logos de los Departamentos Quir\u00fargicos. El equipo SPICE utiliz\u00f3 estos ejemplos como trampol\u00edn para explorar las barreras y facilitadores locales para las pr\u00e1cticas \u00f3ptimas de AMS.<\/p><p>A pesar de los desaf\u00edos comunes como la falta de personal, el personal del hospital mostr\u00f3 una alta motivaci\u00f3n para participar en el enfoque drive-AMS. Animado por sus \u00e9xitos iniciales, el equipo introdujo dos nuevos indicadores de calidad adaptados a sus desaf\u00edos de prescripci\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n expresaron inter\u00e9s en revisar metodolog\u00edas para identificar barreras de comportamiento.
