El enfoque combinado datos de referencia de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Encuesta Global de Prevalencia de Puntos (Global-PPS)<\/a>, cursos inmersivos sobre ciencia de la implementaci\u00f3n para mejorar el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos, y apoyo continuo durante la ejecuci\u00f3n del proyecto a trav\u00e9s del registro de expertos de SPICE.<\/p><p><strong>Puntuaciones de evaluaci\u00f3n s\u00f3lidas<\/strong><br \/>Un total de 211 profesionales de la salud participaron en actividades de drive-AMS, incluyendo 34 futuros formadores y 177 participantes en cursos locales conjuntos. En todos los sitios, se realizaron 40 encuestas de Global-PPS iniciales. Casi la mitad de los participantes completaron la evaluaci\u00f3n del curso, otorg\u00e1ndole puntuaciones promedio que oscilan entre 9.3 y 9.9 sobre 10. Los encuestados elogiaron la estructura pr\u00e1ctica, el formato multidisciplinario y el enfoque en el cambio de comportamiento, aunque este \u00faltimo tambi\u00e9n fue se\u00f1alado como particularmente desafiante.<\/p><p><strong>De la formaci\u00f3n al cambio tangible<\/strong><br \/>Todos los hospitales participantes desarrollaron proyectos de mejora de AMS, con temas que van desde la optimizaci\u00f3n del uso de antibi\u00f3ticos para la neumon\u00eda adquirida en la comunidad hasta la mejora del muestreo microbiol\u00f3gico en casos de sospecha de sepsis. Para finales de 2024:<\/p><ul><li>El 83,71 % de los hospitales complet\u00f3 un cuestionario de seguimiento tras el curso<\/li><li>24 hospitales hab\u00edan comenzado a implementar sus proyectos<\/li><li>8 realiz\u00f3 mediciones posteriores a la intervenci\u00f3n<\/li><li>4 informes de mejoras medibles en la prescripci\u00f3n<\/li><li>5 hab\u00eda iniciado proyectos de seguimiento<\/li><\/ul><p>Tambi\u00e9n es muy interesante ver que el impacto de drive-AMS se extiende m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los hospitales, con iniciativas que contribuyen a la pol\u00edtica nacional en Portugal (Pacto de Salud Sostenible 2024\u20132030), la educaci\u00f3n de posgrado, la investigaci\u00f3n de doctorado y las campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p><p><strong>Mirando hacia adelante<\/strong><br \/>La iniciativa drive-AMS ha sentado con \u00e9xito las bases para el fomento de capacidades sostenibles en el uso de antimicrobianos (AMS) en cuatro pa\u00edses. Al combinar datos, educaci\u00f3n y apoyo adaptado, el proyecto est\u00e1 impulsando un cambio cultural en el uso de antimicrobianos.
