Los participantes aprendieron sobre el m\u00e9todo Global-PPS (Encuesta de Prevalencia Puntual), que les ayuda a comprender c\u00f3mo su hospital utiliza los antibi\u00f3ticos en comparaci\u00f3n con otros lugares de Ruman\u00eda y Europa. Ejemplos utilizando datos rumanos ayudaron a los participantes a ver c\u00f3mo se prescriben los antibi\u00f3ticos en sus propios hospitales. Cada participante habl\u00f3 luego sobre los resultados de su hospital de la encuesta Global-PPS, lo que gener\u00f3 discusiones interesantes entre colegas comprometidos.<\/p><p>El segundo d\u00eda se centr\u00f3 en medidas para evaluar el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos y la calidad de la prescripci\u00f3n a nivel hospitalario. Los participantes vieron c\u00f3mo la innovadora herramienta Global-PPS puede proporcionar datos espec\u00edficos para las necesidades de su hospital, como para diferentes enfermedades o departamentos hospitalarios. El d\u00eda concluy\u00f3 con un taller donde los participantes identificaron problemas importantes en sus hospitales y elaboraron planes detallados para medir y mejorar los resultados. Algunas \u00e1reas comunes de enfoque incluyeron la mejora del uso de antibi\u00f3ticos en cirug\u00edas, la mejora de la toma de muestras para an\u00e1lisis y la garant\u00eda de que los antibi\u00f3ticos se prescriban correctamente.<\/p><p>Al entrar en el tercer y cuarto d\u00eda, las discusiones sobre la ciencia conductual generaron animados debates, destacando c\u00f3mo el comportamiento humano afecta el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos. Los asistentes aprendieron sobre teor\u00edas de cambio de comportamiento y herramientas como el modelo COM-B para comprender qu\u00e9 ayuda u obstaculiza la implementaci\u00f3n de cambios en sus hospitales. Luego, cada hospital describi\u00f3 su propio plan para mejorar el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos, considerando los desaf\u00edos y soluciones adaptados a sus circunstancias espec\u00edficas.<\/p><p>En resumen, el curso de administraci\u00f3n antimicrobiana en Rumania no solo proporcion\u00f3 una plataforma para compartir conocimientos, sino que tambi\u00e9n foment\u00f3 un compromiso compartido para mejorar el uso de antibi\u00f3ticos y combatir la resistencia. Con nuevas ideas, estrategias y herramientas, los participantes est\u00e1n listos para liderar cambios positivos en sus hospitales, contribuyendo a un futuro m\u00e1s brillante en la batalla contra la
