sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Lanzado hace casi un a\u00f1o, el proyecto drive-AMS est\u00e1 ganando un impulso significativo. El proyecto tiene como objetivo implementar programas de optimizaci\u00f3n del uso de antimicrobianos (AMS, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) en centros de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica como una contribuci\u00f3n importante a la lucha contra la resistencia a los antibi\u00f3ticos. El enfoque del proyecto es \u00fanico ya que tiene dos pilares importantes: la medici\u00f3n y el cambio de comportamiento. Los participantes primero miden su uso de antibi\u00f3ticos con el <strong>Global-PPS<\/strong> plataforma, despu\u00e9s de lo cual se identifica la prescripci\u00f3n inapropiada y se cambia mediante la implementaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas de ciencia conductual, lo que resultar\u00e1 en mejores pr\u00e1cticas de prescripci\u00f3n y, en \u00faltima instancia, en una menor resistencia al desarrollo.<\/p><p>El primer paso importante en el proyecto se dio en marzo de 2023, cuando l\u00edderes de opini\u00f3n clave en AMRespa\u00f1ol de los cuatro pa\u00edses socios europeos \u2013Grecia, Lituania, Portugal y Ruman\u00eda\u2013 se reunieron en Nimega, Pa\u00edses Bajos, para un curso de Formaci\u00f3n de Formadores. A principios de 2024, se desplegar\u00e1 la segunda fase del plan de implementaci\u00f3n de drive-AMS: los l\u00edderes de pa\u00eds organizar\u00e1n sus propios cursos sobre AMS, con el apoyo de las instituciones centrales Radboudumc y la Universidad de Amberes. Cada socio acoger\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n para participantes de 8 a 10 hospitales diferentes de su pa\u00eds con el objetivo de transmitir conocimientos y educar a los participantes sobre c\u00f3mo pueden crear programas sostenibles en sus propios hospitales. De esta manera, la filosof\u00eda drive-AMS se extender\u00e1 gradualmente, motivando a m\u00e1s profesionales de la salud a cambiar sus h\u00e1bitos de prescripci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>La comunicaci\u00f3n es clave para forjar una red de participantes activos y motivados, as\u00ed como para mejorar la visibilidad del proyecto. Por ello, hemos lanzado nuestra nueva infograf\u00eda, que describe la metodolog\u00eda y los objetivos del proyecto de forma clara y visualmente atractiva.
