2022, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/radboudumc-center-of-infectious-diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Centro M\u00e9dico de la Universidad Radboud<\/a> (Radboudumc) y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uantwerpen.be\/en\/research-groups\/laboratory-of-medical-microbiology\/about-lmm\/our-team\/phd-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Universidad de Amberes<\/a> han unido sus fuerzas para lanzar drive-AMS, un nuevo proyecto <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/opportunities\/projects-details\/43332642\/101079985\/EU4H\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">financiado por el Programa EU4Health<\/a>. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo intensificar los programas de gesti\u00f3n antimicrobiana (AMS) en toda la Uni\u00f3n Europea mejorando el uso prudente de antimicrobianos (AMU) y fortaleciendo la vigilancia del AMU, que son prioridades clave de la <a href=\"https:\/\/health.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2020-01\/amr_2017_action-plan_0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan de Acci\u00f3n de la UE sobre una Sola Salud sobre la RAM<\/a>.<\/p><p>En 2018, Radboudumc desarroll\u00f3 el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/education\/courses\/dutch-antimicrobial-stewardship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programa de Maestr\u00eda y Consultor\u00eda Experta en Gesti\u00f3n Antimicrobiana de los Pa\u00edses Bajos<\/a>, proporcionando una gu\u00eda para profesionales y responsables pol\u00edticos a trav\u00e9s del proceso de desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de un Programa de Administraci\u00f3n de Antimicrobianos exitoso en centros de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. En 2014, la Encuesta Global de Prevalencia de Consumo y Resistencia de Antimicrobianos (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global-PPS<\/a>), fue desarrollado por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uantwerpen.be\/en\/research-groups\/laboratory-of-medical-microbiology\/projects-and-publications\/projects\/antibiotic-use\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratorio de Microbiolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica<\/a> de la Universidad de Amberes, para proporcionar una herramienta de vigilancia web estandarizada, factible y de libre acceso para medir la calidad de la pr\u00e1ctica de prescripci\u00f3n antimicrobiana en hospitales de todo el mundo. <br \/>Estos dos programas ahora trabajan juntos en el proyecto drive-AMS. Combina tres elementos clave: transferencia de conocimiento, medici\u00f3n y consulta con expertos.<\/p><p>drive-AMS se implementar\u00e1 en cuatro pa\u00edses europeos (Grecia, Lituania, Portugal y Ruman\u00eda), donde se formar\u00e1 a expertos nacionales en AMS como formadores. drive-AMS potenciar\u00e1 el impacto de la implementaci\u00f3n sostenible de la AMS, a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p><ul><li>Comprensi\u00f3n de los principios de administraci\u00f3n de antimicrobianos a trav\u00e9s de un curso previo en l\u00ednea<\/li><li>Identificaci\u00f3n de lagunas en la prescripci\u00f3n de antimicrobianos mediante una Global-PPS previa al curso<\/li><li>Proporcionar una Masterclass de 4 d\u00edas para equipos de Antimicrobial Stewardship sobre el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de intervenciones de AMS.
