sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>Global-PPS est\u00e1 lanzando una nueva adici\u00f3n a su herramienta web, a saber, el<strong> m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio<\/strong>. Esta nueva funci\u00f3n se desarroll\u00f3 a ra\u00edz de las solicitudes de varios participantes de Global-PPS, ya que los datos a nivel de paciente del \u00e1mbito ambulatorio suelen ser limitados. El m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio permite a las instituciones medir el uso de antimicrobianos en pacientes ambulatorios, es decir, pacientes que no son admitidos durante la noche. El m\u00f3dulo es particularmente \u00fatil para centros como cl\u00ednicas ambulatorias, centros de atenci\u00f3n primaria o comunitaria y ciertos departamentos de hospitales, incluidos urgencias, cirug\u00eda de d\u00eda y departamentos ambulatorios.<\/p><h3>El <strong>ventajas <\/strong>los m\u00e9todos transversales incluyen:\u00a0<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Facilidad de uso<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Recopila informaci\u00f3n detallada<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Carga de trabajo m\u00ednima<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Forma r\u00e1pida de cuantificar y evaluar datos<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Seguimiento del comportamiento de prescripci\u00f3n en el tiempo<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>El m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio ofrece una forma confiable de recopilar datos sobre el uso de antimicrobianos en pacientes ambulatorios en pa\u00edses de altos, as\u00ed como de bajos y medianos ingresos. Las instituciones participantes reciben informaci\u00f3n extensa y de alta calidad sobre los patrones de prescripci\u00f3n en sus unidades ambulatorias. Adem\u00e1s, el m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio admite la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos en tiempo real. En otras palabras, los datos se pueden ingresar de inmediato en la aplicaci\u00f3n web Global-PPS durante la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos, lo que consiguientemente acelera y simplifica la entrada de datos.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s, los usuarios podr\u00e1n generar informes de comentarios y archivos de Excel que incluyen informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre <a href=\"https:\/\/adoptaware.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clasificaci\u00f3n AWaRe<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whocc.no\/atc_ddd_index\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">C\u00f3digos ATC<\/a> de los antimicrobianos recetados.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la diferencia con el m\u00f3dulo de pacientes hospitalizados? <\/strong><\/h3><p>La diferencia m\u00e1s importante es que en el m\u00f3dulo de pacientes hospitalizados los denominadores se recopilan en <u>nivel de sala<\/u>, mientras que para el m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio esto ocurre en <u>nivel del paciente<\/u>. Esto significa que se recopila un conjunto de variables para cada paciente que es visto en la unidad durante una franja horaria espec\u00edfica, y solo se recopila informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s detallada para los pacientes con una prescripci\u00f3n de antimicrobianos.<\/p><h3><strong>Cronolog\u00eda <\/strong><\/h3><p>Tras el desarrollo del protocolo y la extensi\u00f3n de la aplicaci\u00f3n el a\u00f1o pasado, el piloto de entrada de datos se lanz\u00f3 durante el primer trimestre de 2023. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.global-pps.com\/es\/agradecimientos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Varios participantes<\/a> de la red Global-PPS proporcionaron valiosos comentarios y recomendaciones en el desarrollo del protocolo. La red Global-PPS en Nigeria ayud\u00f3 recopilando datos piloto en el campo y probando la aplicaci\u00f3n de entrada de datos en l\u00ednea.<\/p><p>Al<strong> finales de abril de 2023<\/strong>, el m\u00f3dulo ambulatorio es <strong>lanzado mundialmente<\/strong> que incluye el protocolo, la herramienta, el manual de TI y la funci\u00f3n para exportar datos sin procesar en Excel. A partir de mayo de 2023, la recopilaci\u00f3n de datos ser\u00e1 posible en todo el mundo.
