organizado por <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/radboudumc-center-for-infectious-diseases\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Radboudumc<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El curso combin\u00f3 su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.radboudumc.nl\/en\/education\/courses\/dutch-antimicrobial-stewardship\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clase magistral AMS en neerland\u00e9s<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y la herramienta y experiencia del Global-PPS. Se ense\u00f1\u00f3 a los futuros formadores c\u00f3mo guiar a los profesionales y responsables de la formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas en el desarrollo e implementaci\u00f3n de un Programa de Uso Prudente de Antimicrobianos exitoso en su hospital, sistema de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, regi\u00f3n o incluso pa\u00eds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El evento de cuatro d\u00edas result\u00f3 en una gran mezcla de <strong>transferencia de conocimiento<\/strong> y <strong>creaci\u00f3n de comunidad<\/strong>. \u00a1Fue la oportunidad perfecta para conectar, colaborar e intercambiar ideas! <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDesde 2019, la AMS Masterclass holandesa se ha impartido a m\u00e1s de 300 profesionales de la salud de m\u00e1s de 20 pa\u00edses\u201d, afirma Jeroen Schouten, l\u00edder del programa AMS en Radboudumc, presidente de ESCMID ESGAP y coordinador de drive-AMS. \u201cLa experiencia nos ha dicho que la formaci\u00f3n en\u201d <\/span><b>ciencia de la implementaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y <\/span><b>cambio de comportamiento <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">son <\/span><b>esencial <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para la implementaci\u00f3n exitosa de cualquier programa de administraci\u00f3n de antimicrobianos, y que <\/span><b>obtener datos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre los patrones de prescripci\u00f3n institucional es el <\/span><b>primer paso <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para cambiar (prescribir) el comportamiento. A partir de este a\u00f1o, con el apoyo de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, hemos ampliado el programa para incluir la medici\u00f3n como el primer y \u00faltimo paso para lograr y medir el cambio deseado.
